Did a quick search and the websites blog says:
"BULL’s Instant Payments Wallet is built natively on the Liquid Network."
https://www.bullbitcoin.com/blog/how-bull-wallet-uses-liquid-to-send-and-receive-lightning-without-managing-channelsSo where did you get the idea that it is a LN wallet?
Yes, you can send lightning payments, but all transactions are auto-swapped from liquid to lightning before they're sent to the recipient.
Yes, you can also receive lightning payments, but again, those are auto-swapped before they land in your wallet.
And of course those auto-swaps charge a swap-fee that you have to pay on top of the lighnting fee for every single transaction.
In times of higher lightning-fees than on-chain fees, paying an additional fee for swaps doesn't sound fun to me at all.
I'm not saying Liquid in general is bad, quite the opposite, it's a useful tool.
but I would never recommend it for your everyday lightning needs.
Tricking people into using it by telling them "it's a lighntning wallet!" is even worse.
