After more research I'm leaning towards #meshtastic
I want to build a local lora mesh network and bridge it to #Nostr.
So people in my local community without a lora device can use Nostr to send me...
You may use RNodes and Reticulum network instead for your use case. Much more versatile and there is also a bridge on Github.
