I've come to the conclusion that they need to rebrand to become attractive to normies. Getting friends to sign up to Signal was easy, it had a pleasant name and looked like and was sms app to them. Just mentioning "SImpleX" raises some eyebrows: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herpes_simplex
