People, black or white, can be spicy or bland. Pudding, black I have never had, but is made with blood, I think; white pudding is usually bland.

Black pudding is indeed made from pigs blood. It comes from a time when nothing was wasted. The saying was…..the only part of a pig that you can’t eat is the squeal.
