With moving - it's not about finding zones without state influence (although there are many like that), but about cherry picking. People try to convince you you can't do that but you absolutely can. Tax residency in a country without income tax. Swimming in a country with an ocean. Your job is not to find a perfect place for everything, but to set up a perfect life for you. And that's very doable.
