here's the problem: every nostr message is undeniable. the only way to accomplish deniability is to not use the nostr protocol as designed
and you can! it's trivial to make a website that pulls nostr events and displays them in the page without signatures. this would be even more "centralized" and less "real nostr" than even Primal. but you could do it, and it would accomplish your goals
unfortunately, people on nostr seem to want "nostr as designed", and because of this what you want is technically impossible
