It’s amazing how much nonsense exists around the fitness and wellness industry.

They try to make it sound complicated so you buy all the garbage, spend money on gym membership, and all sorts of nonsense.

In reality it’s just what you eat and how active you are. That’s it.

But god forbid you choose better foods and go for a walk! Can’t have that.

My general philosophy is that when it comes to health, the answer is almost always free or very close to it. If you have to pay a lot, it's probably overly complicated bullshit. And maybe this applies to a lot of things. To each their own, but simple is best for me.
