I've been saying it for years. Owning a home is overrated imo unless you can pay a mortgage and you barely notice it financially. Just like people are coming around to the idea that college isn't worth pay for they will realize that paying a mortgage isn't worth paying for either.

The tradeoff for being able to raise your family in a stable and secure way in a place you can comfortably call HOME is worth it IMO. Thoughts?
