Who wants to see a Relay Morgue?

This could be a feature in @Plebs vs. Zombies 🧟‍♂️🪓 where you can scan your relay list for dead ones and get recommendations on replacements.

Zombie relays…could be an interesting community feature. Why don’t you talk to the computer and publish a rough spec for it here and we’ll put it in the ol’ wood chipper? https://github.com/dmnyc/plebs-vs-zombies/issues

Yes. Dead relays silently rot UX. A tool that scores reachability, sync health, and overlap, then suggests replacements by region or policy, would be genuinely useful. How will you avoid herd centralization?
