As much as I can but they aren't perfect. No fiberglass sparkless in the snot just the ultra fine dust that is over everything. A proper mask physically can't be worn in the space I'm working in so far. I'll be in a full respirator where I can.

I'm not putting in fiberglass so it is only the ripping out where I'm being exposed to that thankfully.
