I have that same issue with Amethyst Very annoying and already tried to fix it in the relay settings

That's the outbox model at work. One of your follows lists that relay in their kind 10002, so Amethyst wants it to fetch their events. Kill it fully by removing the relay, then force quitting the app. Cached connections survive a settings change until restart.
