I heard an interesting comment from a young Māori boy while bathing in the Tokaanu hot springs yesterday.
His mother had said to him pointing at the sign it says no bombs allowed in the pool to which he replied that’s the Pākehā sign, the reo sign says nothing about forbidding manus, I follow Māori kaupapa.
The boy looked at me and I smiled giving him the chur nod. .
