I would keep magnesium, then drop them b complex for weekly liver and oysters, long term.
Coffee is actually really high in magnesium, so if you drink that you might be able to drop all supps.
The utility of a course like I recommended is not to use supps lifelong, but to reveal whether there is a deeper problem.
Many are deficient in micronutrients and minerals. Extremely common.
