1. Start donating directly. Grants won’t work.

OpenSats and the like are great for people that are lazy and don’t want to donate directly, but such centralized entities become kingmakers for the protocol.
For the $30/month you get, consider paying for quality relays, subscribing to your client’s subscription service, etc. And I also blame devs for not implementing an easy way to donate.

2. Pass on value.

If you make a client with NDK, donate to NDK. If you use designs from someone, consider passing some % of your donations.

3. Stop doing shit for free.

You don’t have to do designs for nothing. Or give support with libraries.

At the current stage, people don’t have that much revenue, but you could ask for a % of zaps in exchange for support/designs for example.
