It'd need to be quite warm to make. I reckon you'd risk cooking the eggs a little. Might be doable though at just the right rate of combination...

I'm gonna agree with others in that it needs to be an emulsion and that's gonna be hard to do in a way that's temperature controlled enough that doesn't also cook your eggs
