Calm Down Breathing



When your monkey mind doesn't want to stop spinning. And your resting heart rate doesn't look much like resting. Then this is a simple and effective way of breathing, that will calm you down sufficiently, so you can move on. Long exhalations activate your parasympathetic nervous system, stimulate your vagus nerve and make you relax.

Shorts on Plebs are categorized as vertical 9:16 videos up to 60s. So, it doesn't match the requirements YouTube and Instagram have....
