@nprofile1q... Of course, we need tos see what the scale of this is... but my first inclination is: let them fund it themselves. They showed poor strategic judgement for decades. 'The market' exists, in part, to punish those who display that. I'm not sure much can be done for them in any event. Certainly not on the public purse.
