I think it's got more to do than just that. When I tried setting up I2P on my computer, the auto-configuration wouldn't let me exceed a stupidly slow speed, and I had to manually increase it in order ...

You could still share like 100% of your bandwidth and go with like >9000Kbps. Give it a try, things may improve :^)

The auto config defaulted to sharing like 80% and like 325kbps and i had to manually crank it way up. This isnt 2005 after all. I think the auto config should do a better job of detecting your internet speed and sharing more of it.

Oh, and I just had a look, and my thing is set to bandwidth limit >9,000.
