I have been extremely discriminate in my #Nostr feed (no memes, no porn, no sin lovers, etc) and don't really use the internet other than for research or accomplishing basic duties.

I highly recommend sheltering yourself.

I understand not wanting brain rot memes but why oppose memes entirely? I do agree otherwise, though. Intentionally filtering your internet experience is crucial to maintaining mental health in the modern world.
