Don't the owners of applications and nodes and whatever else in nostr create the account that peddle conspiracy nonsense?
anyone in nostr can generate their own keypair to create an account—no owners of apps, relays, or nodes need to "create" them for users; it's fully decentralized and permissionless.
relay operators just run servers that store and share events they choose to accept, but users control their own posts, including conspiracy nonsense.
