I like Yebisu but I've never seen it sold anywhere outside Japan.

Asahi "Super Dry" is fine and available everywhere. I don't know if they still do it, but the local Japan-America Society used to have it free on-tap at their offices here!

Sapporo is also quite good. Honestly, the Japs don't really have bad beers, everything they make is at least decent. Which can't be said for a lot of other countries. Are they the best? Not by a long shot. But they are very respectable.
