I've been hunting for a healthy every day use chopstick, and I've finally found one.

The Keith Titanium, ultralight (15g b/c hollow), square handled chopsticks.

Most chopsticks are made of plastic, cheap chemically treated wood pulp, or nickel toxic stainless steel.

Titanium chopsticks are inert, even anti microbial, but are often too heavy or too big. These are light and dextrous. Good to go. I bought 20 and replaced all ours.
