So, in recent weeks, I’ve been freaking out about so many things including Epstein, satanists running our planet, and AI’s impeding destruction of human society as we know it I came to a peaceful revelation.

When the robots devour all modes of production historically responsible for giving us purpose, i.e., “jobs”, there is something they can never take from us. Our Faith in our savior Jesus Christ and the purposes given to us through him amongst our friends and family. Instead of being called to take up the camel hair garments of John the Baptist to walk the earth as contemplatives, we can perhaps live in a world of abundance, not idle, but as active participants in our explorations of the numinous and maybe for once have the space and time to really consider what it means to be God’s creation here and exploring in our hearts and minds what God calls us to.

😂 I do not share this optimism. Nothing is stopping the current set of churchgoers from that. They'll just adjust to new forms of idolatry, and continue projecting their own horribleness onto others, and maybe do so with even more vigor.

I think we will pursue artistic ends. Understanding ourselves and our condition.

💯 God is not surprised with all the things happening now. He is patient in giving opportunities for repentance, and he has given us purpose outside of what type of work we do here on earth.
