Lots of talk about Bitcoin adoption, and the difficulties with that. On the other hand, for better or for worse, Ive talked to probably a hundred different bit coiners at various meetups and conferences and most of them barely understand anything about it or how it works and yet they bought it and use it and hold it. Not sure whether this is a good thing or a bad thing but you clearly dont have to understand bitcoin to bring it into your life.
