slap and murder are both acts of physical violence against your person or property. i’d agree that any violation of your **exclusive** control and ownership of your person or property is a violation of NAP.
But information is not property and exclusive control over it isn’t possible for a number of reasons (it’s not scarce or unique, someone else’s knowledge of it doesn’t preclude you from knowing it, etc.), so “exclusive control” cannot be violated since it doesn’t exist in the first place.

The information point dodges the reasonable expectation of harm.
