yea that's the super fun part, espescially in your 40s!
CCTA searching specifically for unstable soft plaques seems most promising. CAC 0% for a LMHR is not reassuring like it is for the rest of the population. but it is enough to prevent providers from thinking further or ordering a CCTA thanks to standards of care that by definition (and design) have a blind spot for novelty. (and an allergy to self-educated patients)
