Replace npubs with ntums, easy

in 20 years nostr will be a memory

Nostr uses the same elliptic curve as bitcoin and (i believe) is vulnerable to the same quantum attacks. I suppose you would have to change the crypto stack, use a quantum-proof algorithm.
