Since I have 5 gallons of honey, gimme some ideas for things to do with it. I know hot honey is a thing, I think I've heard of garlic honey?

Oh man if you can put a fermentation lid on a jar to keep the cloves submerged, both the honey and the infused cloves are SO good.

That’s a lot of baklavas!

Just curious if you were able to get yours in something other than plastic? We buy so much honey 🤪 but we don’t qualify the ‘bulk’ discount bc we choose to take ours in glass.

Use it to preserve dehydrated food (make sure it's fully dehydrated otherwise you risk accidentally breeding butolism bacteria) Or make mead. Or just keep the honey stocked up as is, pure raw honey won't go bad.

If you want an awesome medicine for boosting immunity and treating cold and flu, crush up a bunch of fresh garlic and ferment it in honey.
