Had the random thought today to publish a Jupyter notebook as a nostr event and what it would look like to have a client that would let you execute them on your device but want you if they were below a certain WOT or even have the client do some scanning of the notebook for malicious code.

Then I don't understand how this is different. If the event capturing the signal is on a relay, and the archive itself is saved on blossom, you have federation a semblance of federation without the additional requirements.
