Last Bitcoin mortgage product I checked out was like 12% or something so 7% is actually not terrible all things considered. Saves holders the upside potential of the BTC, saves any tax loss vs. selling... and most mortgages are in the 5% range these days anyway, so not completely over the top. Plus ...
