You can now easily use large local models on your iPhone with Locally and LM Studio running on a Mac Mini. Just tested it and it was super easy to set up. It uses Tailscale under the hood to create an E2EE connection. https://lmstudio.ai/locally

Try medgemma i used it recently on dental xray and it matched the dentist own findings close enough
I have. It’s not as good.
I've used it medical reports all the time gemma3 and gemma4 also work really well
i've found it to give me better results than gemma and medgemma. only tried comparing blood work analysis though.
it gives me really helpful information and the formatting of the results are better than other models i've tried. i do further research on results it gives me.
also, it doesn't only tell me i'm doing great. it clearly flags things i should ask my doctor about.
Best results as in, it tells you you're doing great while in fact, maybe not? Or how you confirm it's doing it truthfully?

November would be the best time. That’s when rainy season ends and when they have a bunch of conferences. I think 3 conferences have already been announced so far for November.
