It's strange but afaict bitrefill.com is permanently blocked in my ISP in Buenos Aires, last 2 months at least. I saw other similar reports from people in Argentina.
Zero problems via VPN. Definitely...
@waxwing 2 months of a block that clears over a VPN usually means a DNS-level block at the ISP, which is how most argentine court-ordered blocks are done. if bitrefill resolves with 1.1.1.1 set as the resolver it is that, if it still fails there it is deeper than DNS
