I have a day off tomorrow, and I'm helping a friend get a wallet set up, and put some bitcoin in it!

We will be starting with a hot wallet, and plans to get a signing device soon. It will most likely be a Blockstream Jade. I plan on getting one as well, that way it will be much easier to help them get things figured out.

I'm thinking either Blue Wallet or Blockstream Green for the wallet. I'll let her try both, and see which she prefers. Any other wallets on iOS to consider? I'm an Android guy.

As for buying the bitcoin, I'm going to set her up on Bull Bitcoin. I have informed her of KYC requirements and limits, and she is looking into it herself today. We will set up the account depending on what way she decides to go. She has an accounting background, and other investments, it is her call.

I am pretty excited to have orange pilled my first friend! She is quite smart financially as well, which makes me feel good about my choice. I think the news lately, especially the institutional interest, helped push it over the edge.

That's dope. What about Bull Bitcoin's non-kyc option? Either way, good work.

The Canada Post thing sounds good if you're there and can access it... What are the fees? Best way is always Peer to peer if you can find someone selling: https://peakd.com/bitcoin/@creatr/why-i-sell-my-bitcoin
