Don't enter phone number or anything more even if asked, they have different levels of accounts.
From Bull you can then buy BTC and send it via Lightning or on chain to wherever you want. (small amounts with Lightning, $100 minimum on chain)
Most of the time Canada Post workers don't know what Loadhub means so just show them the QR and say payment, they then get it.
