In a bowl:
3 cups Einkorn Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Whisk dry ingredients.

In a blender:
12 Medjool Dates (Pitted & chopped)
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Milk of your choice, I always use raw
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Melted Butter
Blend until smooth, scraping sides down and blending some more

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix together, without over mixing.

Mash 5 Overripe Bananas, add to batter with 3/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips. Gently mix everything together.

Grease a 9x5โ€ loaf pan with butter and line with parchment paper, leaving a 1โ€ overhang on two sides. Bake your banana bread on 350 degrees F for about 90 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool fully in loaf pan, then turn bread out and slice. Serve with smeared butter. Enjoy! XO ๐Ÿ˜‹
