I'm pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADHD which explains certain work patterns I've had since high school.
I'm not wanting a formal diagnosis, just wanting to optimise my life for the meatsuit I was issued. I take on too many things, get overwhelmed & then find a way to justify doing nothing productive.
I'm currently cleaning out my garage in order to pull it down & replace it. I've put this off for about a decade & now I'm figuring out why. The task of cleaning out & throwing away the accumulated stuff is daunting to me. It shouldn't be but it is. Pulling down the garage & putting a new one up feels exciting in contrast. I'm trying to focus on getting to that part.
If anyone has any general ADHD tips I'm open to hearing them. I feel like my whole Bitcoin journey has been getting to know my true self & unveiling my unconscious behaviours. Wild!
