Unalienable rights are rights that come from God. Everyone on the planet has them, not just e Americans. Governments have no authority over them. Governments can't grant them, and givernments can't take them away. Not even a 100% majority rule can take them away.

All governments can do is protect them, infringe on them, or do nothing.
