How do you access Nostr does the CCP allow outside internet access?

Going to do what I can to provide some on the ground content/context to what going down in Shanghai and China more generally.

CCP has blocked Damus on Apple Store in china region,But we still can install Amethyst apk on Android phone or change to other region in apple store to install Damus, or use web client. But I'm not sure CCP will block the relay servers in future.

Could relay servers be reached via Tor? Does the protocol allow for that?

I had a look at the Chinese firewall the other day, to see what kind of traffic is allowed through. Need a vpn there for almost anything I use.

I was thinking about this earlier. No way they allow Nostr, they surely block relays as fast as they are put online?

Is there a way to connect to TOR hidden nostr servers?
