On an iPhone, you download an app it goes right to whatever screen you were on. If you want to rearrange things, you hold the app and everything goes into arrange mode until you tap a blank spot on the screen. Very convenient.

Android is annoying. It goes into the apps drawer, not the screen. So I have to go find it. And if I'm rearranging things, I have to hold the app for each icon I'm moving. Not efficient.
