I was pleasantly surprised the other day by a friend who has previously had bariatric surgery telling me her primary care provider told her she needed to loose more weight. The suggestion was to eat more meat and butter. I was shocked and elated at the same time. It’s happening.

And that's why people in the streets are now saying these strokes at 30 y.o people are having are due to a bad diet.....they cant even figure out the jab relation yet...they are so away from reality.
