No idea. All I can say is the KISS principle should probably apply to food. What if the quality of the food was inversely proportional to the number of ingredients?

I bet the healthiest one is dog food

All the care, insight, and concern devoted to the formulation of human food is also applied to the food prepared for humanity’s most loved companion animal (and maybe for cats too)!

If it goes under 80k, I’ll stop my expensive carnivore diet and start eating instant ramen noodles again. And my kids will eat PB&J’s.

They call this a protein cereal, but the nutrition label tells a different story.

Each serving has more carbs and added sugar than protein. That’s not what a protein food looks like. Real protein doesn’t need clever wording on the front of the box. Meat and eggs don’t have to convince you.

If you care about blood sugar, energy, and staying full, flip the box over and read what actually matters.

Did you used to fall for this??

Coffee isn’t exactly “ancestral,” but the details matter.

Coffee itself usually isn’t the issue. It’s what gets poured into it. Syrups, sugars, and flavorings turn a simple drink into a blood sugar roller coaster.

Keeping it black or adding a small splash of real cream keeps carbs low and works just fine for most people. How do you take your coffee? ☕️👇🏼

Coffee black with no milk or sugar is the way coffee should be drunk, imo.

The same place that sells you ultra processed food is happy to sell you the meds for what that food causes later. That’s not an accident.

Most chronic disease doesn’t start in the pharmacy. It starts in the grocery cart. When you cut the sugar and refined carbs and go back to real food like meat, eggs, and fish, your body usually needs far fewer prescriptions.

Food can either slowly drain you or quietly heal you. What’s usually in your grocery cart when you shop? 👇🏼

We’ve been breathing air, drinking water, playing in the sun, and eating meat since the beginning of human history.

None of those things are new.
None of them are toxic.
And none of them are the reason we’re sick.

In this clip, Dr. Ken Berry reminds us that the problem isn’t nature — it’s how far we’ve drifted from it.

Sometimes the healthiest answer isn’t complicated.
It’s ancient.

If you’re going to eat bacon, eat real bacon. Ignore the marketing and read the ingredients.

When nitrates come from celery or sea salt, companies are allowed to call it uncured even when the total nitrate load is higher than regular bacon. Different source. Same compounds. Bigger health halo.

Did this change how you shop for bacon or were you already onto this? 🥓

If you have IBS, vegetables may be part of the problem.

Plants contain compounds that can irritate an already inflamed gut. For people with IBS, Crohn’s, or colitis, more fiber and veggies doesn’t always mean better digestion.

That’s why many people improve when they remove plants and eat meat, eggs, and fish for a time.

What has Carnivore done for you?? 👇🏼🥩
