Medication side effects are just the tip of the iceberg, consider also the role of inflammation from dietary sources.
Fiat Autopsy · 1w
Leg swelling is a symptom, just like inflation is a symptom of fiat's decay.

This is why I like to mix some potatoes into my diet.

False Hypertension is very common because
Doctor's office checks blood pressure wrong!
Millions "suffer" from Iatrogenic Hypertension because improper technique leads to false BP elevations; this has probably happened to you.

This definitely happens to me, when i take it with some relaxation and arm position correctly. Perfect BP. When rushed at doctors office, arm hanging. High. It’s always a thing

I'm almost always hypertensive and tachycardiac when I'm measured at my clinic. I also am when I'm working in ED. But what's funny is how they get concerned about a little over 100BPM and 127/83. One, I usually have coffee in the morning before going (maybe I shouldn't, whatever). Two, it's stressfu...

My new goal is 140 / 90 This is the first time I heard how important a relax test is - 50 mm of Hg error 2. coffee adds 5 -25 mmHg 3. take the shirt off. Maybe I can quit taking Irbesartan and Amlodipine

Lol I always go into a quick meditation before having blood pressure taken. I don't know why I do it other than for fun. I once donated blood & got my blood pressure so low that they weren't going to take my blood. I explained what I was doing & persuaded her to take another blood pressure readin...

I disagree. The problem is most women's friends gobble up way too much meat outside of the sanctity of marriage and encourage such "carnivore" girls' trips

Excuse me, Ken, but do you have evidence for that? For years, LDL has been a cornerstone of cardiovascular risk research among reputable societies. There's tons of evidence. There's also evidence that compares diabetic individuals and those with insulin resistance as a risk factor associated with LD...

I've been on a low-carb, high-fat diet for several months, and yesterday I had my first health checkup since starting it. The doctor saw the results and said I should come in immediately for a consultation haha.

My own experience in healthcare in my location makes me think one of the biggest issues we face is physicians having to see more patients than they can actually handle. I'll never be convinced that more than maybe 1-5% of visits can actually be addressed in a 15 minute visit. Even 30 would be pushin...
