Been really enjoying the cacao chai mix from @AliceA so I made a special drink with it:
Chai spice cacao mix, a bit extra cacao from @Bitcoin Beans, one egg yolk, one Medjool date, pinch of salt, local honey hot water (just a little bit, to help dissolve the cacao) and raw milk. Blend.
Important node about the hot water: put onto the cacao mix first and stir with a spoon. Ensures that it’s dissolved before adding the cold milk. Just makes it better blended imo.
