Currently in the middle of a 36-hour fast. Started yesterday around midday and going through until tomorrow morning.

One of the main reasons for doing this is autophagy, which is the body’s way of cleaning out damaged cells and regenerating newer, healthier ones. It’s essentially a built-in reset. Fasting like this can help trigger that process, along with supporting things like metabolic health and overall cellular repair.

Not something I do all the time, but once or twice a year it feels right. A bit of a reset. Well overdue.
