Im nowhere near as qualified as this guy probably is to speak on quantum, but from my understanding, sounds legit. The only thing thats not really making sense is slowing nodes down. Did he specify what he meant by that? Like what part of the node?

I asked him just that very question, and he said it was 300 milliseconds. He went on to say the common user wouldn't notice, but for developers, they'd have alot to say about it.
