I asked him just that very question, and he said it was 300 milliseconds. He went on to say the common user wouldn't notice, but for developers, they'd have alot to say about it. He said this would be the NODES' answer to "proof" of work, and it would be another layer that would kill quantum "in the crib"..

Interesting. Thanks for the followup but Im still not sure im 100% picking up what hes putting down.
