GM Nostr friends.

I decided to make a dirty chai for my morning caffeine today (just loose leaf chai in with my coffee in a pour over situation). So far, delicious. Would recommend.

Yesterday was just a super down in the dumps day for me. I can't even begin to explain all the dark thoughts that just dragged me down until Hubby came home. We ended up sitting on the patio for a bit while I just cried with Lu in my lap as he coaxed me to tell him my thoughts. Just saying them out loud got me to realize how silly they were, and he was a total sweetheart listening and reminding me that everything I was saying negative about myself wasn't true.

Ended up having a much better evening after that. He is my heart.
