It leaves out his original sentence (8 years), which is nuts on its own. It leaves out that he skated on murder and elder abuse charges. Instead, he was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. It also leaves out that he killed the man without provocation according to the media. The family thinks the man was targeted for his race (asian).
