I argue for liberalism (as in freedom, not as in socialism).

In a liberal society, anyone can migrate into the country.
But, in a liberal society this those not come at enyones expense or risk.
It most certainly is not tolerated as a means to change the founding principles of a country.

Once we agree that the current migration system is broken, the question is who should fix it.

Congress can fix it. Bit they are not willing to do it.
Trump might not have the authority to fix it, or at least it's a grey area, but he is willing.
