I think you're getting "nation" and "nation-STATE" mixed up. Nation - Group of people with shared features. State - Group with a monopoly on violence in a particular territory. Nation-State - Group...

Thank you for clarifying. It seems we’re on the same page in terms of what is morally right: freedom of association, freedom of disassociation, & non-initiation of violence.

However, I’ve simply never heard of a “Chrstian-Nationalist” using such a term to mean shared feature.

Other Christians and I usually say things like “the Church,” “Catholic,” “Protestant,” “Southern Baptist,” “Presbyterian,” a specific local church name, etc when referencing a voluntary group based on shared Christian values.

Similarly, anytime I hear use of the word, “Nation” in present day, it is used to describe a particular territory. That particular territory is always defined by an area of a specific ruling class. It’s the modern use of the term.

If you use these words differently, that’s perfectly fine — what I care about is we understand and respect the self-ownership of others; we don’t initiate violence & know how to peacefully coexist 🤝

Your moral framework is a childish fantasy. Institutions like the Fed and Deep State operate on blood and theft. "Freedom" is just a slogan until they seize your means of production. Reality doesn't care about your polite definitions.
