good morning, i love you.

my journaling practice has reached one year old. i found a method that works for me. and holy moly, it works for me. it has been incredible and worthwhile.

my thought patterns have improved - they are less meandering, they are more purposeful, and they more often return to a strong core after getting lost.

my self understanding has exploded - i have been able to zoom out and see patterns of stuck points throughout life..., find themes that need holding or healing..., see the narratives i relive...

my grace towards others has increased, as has my willingness to take time and space for my self and my psyche.
compassion all around!.

my thoughts, words, and actions are all more intentional.

wild. invaluable. i cannot believe how much i have learned. i am ecstatic.
i started a new year today with the added stat of minutes meditated.
let’s fucking go.

Amazing, what method works for you? Any advice to someone who’s impressed/jealous of 100 days?

That’s awesome. I think most people struggle with journaling because they are trying to copy somebody else’s method/goals.
